Terms of Payment
For our guests with prearranged credit facilities, our payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice. Thereafter, the hotel reserves the right to charge interest at the current bank rate.

Once delegate numbers are agreed, any reductions over 10% may incur the following charges and your event may be relocated to a room of a more suitable size.

Period of Notice
8 - 15 days, up to 10%
Between 2 - 7 days, up to 25%
Within 48 hours, up to 35%

The percentage calculations will be based on the agreed delegate rate total, or any pre-booked meals and drinks for functions.

Cancellation by the Hotel
In the rare circumstances that the hotel may have to unfortunately cancel your booking (due to circumstances outside our control), we will endeavor to relocate or reschedule at your convenience at a comparable location or time.

Cancellation by the Customer
The following cancellation charges may apply in the event of your conference or function being cancelled. We would recommend, however, that you take out a cancellation insurance policy. Where confirmed accommodation forms part of the conference or booking, a charge will be made for non-arrivals on the relevant date, and any accommodation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

For cancellation between 4 - 8 weeks in advance - up to 25% of the total Projected revenue
For cancellation between 1 and 4 weeks - up to 50% of the total Projected revenue
For cancellation within 1 week - up to 75% of the total Projected revenue
